A: Each standard size room (120 square feet) will take 45 minutes. This process involves pre-vacuuming, pre-spraying and steam cleaning.
Q: Is this safe for my family and pets?
A: Our products are hypoallergenic and pose no threat to humans or pets. After the cleaning, the environment will be healthier.
Q: How do I prepare for my cleaning?
A: We ask that furniture is moved prior to your cleaning. If we are cleaning around any furniture, we ask that you sit back, relax and let us do the dirty work!
Q: How long will my carpet, tile, area rug or upholstery take to dry?
A: We use low moisture tools to expediate drying for your floors, upholstery, area rugs and tile. Carpet and Area Rugs will take up to 4 hours to dry. Hard surface floor and Upholstery are immediately dry after the cleaning
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major Credit Cards, Check, Cash, Venmo or Zelle.
Q: Are there any surprise fees?
A: There are never any hidden fees or up-charging! We are an honest and upfront flat rate company!
Q: Is there any aftercare?
A: Make sure to leave your AC on cold mode and overheads fans on. Finally leave the windows open to let the moisture out! Try to only use clean shoes or socks until the floors are completely dry!
